Hyundai 2 Hyundai Promotes 2016 Tucson with “Welcome to Hyundai Test Town”

Digital and advertising agency, Innocean, has found a new way to advertise the plethora of safety features that are equipped in the all-new 2016 Hyundai Tucson. The campaign consists of videos featuring the Hyundai Test Town. The first video, titled “Welcome to Hyundai Test Town,” talks about how the world is changing with many more distractions, so safety features are vital in motor vehicles. With its voiceover and hints of what is to come in later videos, the first video feels like a movie trailer. There are three videos that highlight certain safety features. The “Smartphone Zombies” video showcases the Tucson’s automatic braking feature. “Wandering Eye” puts the lane departure warning system to action. Lastly, “Save Your Tailgate” highlights the hands-free smart liftgate. CardinaleWay Hyundai in Corona recommends you check out these videos online. They may be quite cheesy, but they are entertaining to watch.

2017 Hyundai Equus will Have Two Rear Passenger Area Configurations

Wednesday, October 28th, 2015

Hyundai 1 2017 Hyundai Equus will Have Two Rear Passenger Area Configurations

A third-generation Hyundai Equus prototype was spotted in Ulsan, South Korea. The spy shots gave CardinaleWay Hyundai in Corona our first glimpse of the luxury sedan’s interior. The front of the cabin was fully camouflaged while the rear passenger area was fully exposed. Customers who purchase the 2017 Equus will have two rear configurations they can choose from. The standard configuration will be a three-passenger bench seat that is equipped with a retractable center armrest that can be lowered when there is no middle passenger. The armrest will be fitted with several buttons and knobs that allow for the rear passengers to control the rear audio and heating. The other configuration will be for a driver who wants its passengers to have a more luxurious arrangement. Instead of a bench seat, there are two individual seats, with their own retractable footrests. The center console includes a refrigerator and a display screen. CardinaleWay Hyundai will let you know what the front end of the cabin will feature when that information is revealed.

Hyundai has Plans to Go Green by 2020 with New Vehicles

Wednesday, October 28th, 2015

Hyundai 2 Hyundai has Plans to Go Green by 2020 with New Vehicles

Hyundai has set a goal to introduce several hybrid, electric, and fuel-cell vehicles into the market by the end of 2020. The company aims to take another step towards this overall goal by introducing a new hybrid vehicle by the end of this year. The Hyundai AE will be a subcompact, five door hatchback that has a 1.6-liter engine and enhance electric motor under the hood. After releasing the Hyundai AE, the company has plans on introducing a redesigned plug-in hybrid version of the 2016 Hyundai Sonata. Even though the Hyundai Sonata Plug-In Hybrid has been available for the market since 2011, it hasn’t made as much of an impact on the segment as the company would like. After redesigning the hybrid, Hyundai is hoping that it will spur some growth and success within the segment. CardinaleWay Hyundai in Corona even has speculation that Hyundai is in the midst of developing a Prius fighter.

Hyundai 2 Additional Spy Shots Surface of the Hyundai i30 N

Hyundai’s high-performance N division had its public debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Auto Show, so CardinaleWay Hyundai in Corona is excited for what types of vehicles are going to be developed in the future. There have been new spy shots that have surfaced of the i30 N compact vehicle undergoing testing on and around the Nurburbring in Germany. We can tell that this is a high-performance version of the i30 because it is equipped with a front spoiler, lowered suspension, more air intakes, and enhanced brakes. It is expected that there will be a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that will generate over 200 horsepower and reach 60 mph from a standstill in less than 7 seconds. The i30 N is likely to have a version that will make its way to Hyundai’s World Rally Championship team.

Hyundai Releases Captivating Video for HTRAC All-Wheel-Drive System

Wednesday, October 21st, 2015

Hyundai 1 Hyundai Releases Captivating Video for HTRAC All-Wheel-Drive System

Hyundai has recently released a new video and CardinaleWay Hyundai in Corona believes that it will captivate many viewers. The video showcases how Hyundai’s HTRAC all-wheel-drive system functions. The video showcases a Genesis Sedan that has LED lights within all four of its wheels. The lighting is used to demonstrate how the torque is transferred to each corner of the vehicle when it maneuvers through twisted roads and different road conditions. A drivetrain system is usually explained through unappealing computer graphics, but Hyundai decided to take a different route that definitely packs a punch. The video is titled [HYUNDAI HTRAC] Control the Light | AWD SYSTEM | GENESIS.

Hyundai 2 Saint-Petersburg Assembly Plant in Russia Reaches Milestone

Hyundai vehicle production in Russia is booming and the assembly plant in Saint-Petersburg just achieved the milestone of 1 million vehicles that have left its assembly line. It just so happens that the millionth vehicle was the Hyundai Solaris, which is the second best-selling vehicle in Russia. The Saint-Petersburg plant was able to achieve this milestone within only five years of operation and Hyundai made sure it was celebrated with the Governor of Saint Petersburg, as well as Hyundai customers, dealers, and employees. The Hyundai Solaris is called the Accent in the U.S. market. The Solaris has two engine options for buyers. The 1.4-liter engine delivers 107 horsepower while the 1.6-liter engine generates 123 horsepower. Both can be mated to a six-speed manual transmission. CardinaleWay Hyundai in Corona wants to congratulate the Saint-Petersburg for its accomplishment and we urge you to check out the Hyundai Accent models we have in our inventory.

Hyundai Hopes for Success in Plug-In Hybrid Segment with in Sonata

Wednesday, October 14th, 2015

Hyundai 2 Hyundai Hopes for Success in Plug-In Hybrid Segment with in Sonata

When asked about the 2016 Hyundai Sonata plug-in hybrid in May, the company estimated that the vehicle would have an electric range of 24 miles and a fuel economy of 93 mpg. The EPA announced ratings that surpassed Hyundai’s estimations. The 2016 Sonata plug-in hybrid has an electric range of 27 miles and a fuel economy of 99 mpg. With only one competitor within the segment, Hyundai is optimistic of what kind of success it could create. The optimism is especially heightened since its figures in driving range, electric range, fuel economy, and cargo capacity exceed the competitor. CardinaleWay Hyundai in Corona expects the 2016 Hyundai Sonata plug-in hybrid to be introduced to the market in the fall.

Wednesday, October 14th, 2015

Hyundai 1 Demonic Hyundai Veloster Making its Way to SEMA Show

It seems that the Hyundai Veloster will not be taking off its demonic costume after Halloween passes. Blood Type Racing has to show off the new appearance at the SEMA Show in the beginning of November. The Hyundai Veloster Turbo R-Spec has been fitted with a carbon black paintjob, crimson red accents, and a carbon fiber wide body kit. The headlights were fit with red projectors in order to further the dark appearance. The 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine under the hood has been connected to enhanced rods and pistons to increase the output to more than 500 horsepower. The interior is equipped with a roll cage, racing seats, and an upgraded sound system. CardinaleWay Hyundai in Corona is excited to see what the vehicle looks like in reality, rather than just a digital image.
