Trim Levels To Impress Anyone

Buyers can get the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe in one of three trims, listed as SE, SEL and Limited. All models get a standard 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 185 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque. Choose the Limited trim and you can take advantage of the optional turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that’s good for 235 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. This unit is also offered on SEL trims equipped with the Convenience and Premium package. An eight-speed automatic is the sole transmission, and all models get standard front-wheel drive and available all-wheel drive. Fuel economy is excellent, with an EPA-estimated 22/29 mpg for the base engine and 20/25 mpg for the turbo-four.*

The base SE trim may be the entry-level model, but it includes a nice set of standard features, including stain-resistant cloth upholstery, reclining rear seats, 17-inch alloy wheels, a sound-insulating windshield, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking and automatic high beams. One feature that’s a favorite is the Santa Fe’s blind view monitor. Optional on the Limited, the blind view monitor displays an image of the lanes on the right or left of the vehicle when the driver signals. The ability to see objects in the blind spot helps the driver avoid collisions. The 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe is very safe. The NHTSA gave the Santa Fe its top marks of five stars. Although the 2020 Santa Fe hasn’t been rated by the IIHS at the time of this writing, the 2019 Santa Fe received the highest score of Good in all crash tests and was named a Top Safety Pick+. Since the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe is essentially the same vehicle as the 2019 model, we expect to see the same results this year. * All vehicle mileage based on 2020 EPA mileage estimates.
